The conversation about an order happens somewhere other than the order. A decision gets made in a text thread between two people, and the third person who needed to know finds out on Thursday.
We want the platform to carry more of that conversation itself, so context sits with the work it belongs to and reaching everyone who needs to know does not depend on remembering to tell them.
You can see where a delivery is and prove that it arrived, with the signature and the photos attached to the order. That covers where and whether — it does not cover everything that can go wrong between the dock and the shelf.
