Merchandising & Store Visits

A guided store visit that walks your merchandisers through stocking, counts, credits, checklists and photos — in a browser, with the same login as the office.

At a glance

  • Guided visit flow built for a phone — nothing to install
  • Stocking, inventory counts, credits, checklist and photos
  • Every step timestamped, every credit attributed
  • Visit Review in the office, scoped by location
  • Checklist questions you write and change yourself

Merchandising is the part of the operation with the least visibility and the most riding on it. Someone is standing in a store two hours away, and what happens there determines whether the product sells and whether you get paid for it.

A visit with a shape

Rather than a blank form, a GrowerLive store visit walks through a sequence: stocking the display, counting what is there, entering credits for what did not make it, working the checklist, capturing photos, and completing the visit. Each step marks itself done, so a merchandiser can see what is left and a manager can see where a visit stopped.

Built for a phone. Not an app.

The visit screens are designed for a phone — large touch targets, one task per screen, no pinching and zooming. But they are part of GrowerLive itself, opened in whatever browser is already on the phone.

That means there is nothing to install, no app store approval, no separate credentials, and no chance of half your field team running last quarter’s version. A merchandiser opens a browser and works, using the same login and the same permissions as everyone else. If you hire someone Monday, they are working Monday.

Accountability that is a by-product, not a burden

Because the visit is structured, the record writes itself. Each step carries its own completion timestamp. Every credit records who entered it and when. Photos are attached to the visit they came from. Nobody has to fill in a separate report to make the visit auditable — the visit is the report.

The office side

Visit Review gives the back office the full picture: what happened at each stop, what was counted, what was credited, and what the photos show. It is scoped by location, so a regional manager sees the stores they are responsible for rather than everything.

Checklists you control

The checklist questions are yours to write, edit and retire as programs change — without a support ticket. Deactivating a question does not erase the answers already recorded against it, so your history stays intact.

Scheduled from the routes you already built

Store visits are scheduled off route stops, so the merchandising plan and the delivery plan come from the same place rather than being maintained twice.
